We identify gaps between the current state and the future state expectations and help build out a solid remediation plan for addressing each gap. We will either work with your team and support them when working with the vendor, or we’ll take on the burden of vendor management to ensure that gaps are understood by them and that solutions are designed and put into place as expected by you.
